Excellent hotel staff who couldn’t do enough when we had an issue with the air conditioning in our original room. The hotel perfectly located for the harbours and the central area of Tromsø. Everything that you’ll need, such as shops, restaurants, bars, tourist attractions and exploring, are all well within walking distance.

Help and support provided by their great staff during the event for ~1,000 guests. Hotel has GREAT facility, courteous staff that went above and beyond to achieve customer satisfaction. I am grateful for the service/support received during our 11 days stay at the hotel. I am highly recommending this facility. I didnt find anything unique, but it sufficed after a long international flight. Parking is a bit of an expensive joke. Maybe a more experienced Tromso native could figure it out, not me.

Awesome place
Went looking for aurora borealis, unfortunately there wasn’t any but a very honest tour guide told me not to pay for a tour because there weren’t gonna show, so that helped save some money. Beautiful town, lots of things to do out in the nature, many coffe shops, lovely views.
