The room was clean and staff was great, for the most part.The issues I had had to do with housekeeping service. When I left the morning of my second stay, I requested a change of linen and extra towels. Upon returning, I noticed there were no extra towels and the bed had only been made. Not the linen changed as requested. I called the front desk and was told theyll notify the housekeeping supervisor. After about an hour wait or more wait, I found housekeeping in the hall and requested the items myself to change the linen. On the morning of my checkout, housekeeping entered my room twice, waaaay before checkout. The 2nd time was at 10am and I was already preparing to leave.
