Its not a bad hotel, but the beds in our room had bed bugs and im praying we get the refund and they clean those rooms out that do.

This property was not as pictured online at all. The front enterance looked abandoned from the outside. My door to my room would not shut properly. There were bugs under mattress. The bed and carpet felt wet with condensation. I would not recommend at all.

It was horrible i was told i would be given a group rate and got there had to pay extra manager was very rude about it I end up going to Motel 6 next door better service and gave me a better rate than the group rate that was offered at quality

Pay extra for another place not worth it!!!!
This was the worst place I’ve ever stayed at!!!! The shower was mold and tub was black. The beds were tiny!!!! I will never ever stay there again.

The staff was very pleasant and friendly during our stay. The pool was clean and my son enjoyed it. The room we were in was what you would expect of a 2/3 star hotel. It had a faint smell of smoke, the toilet leaned when you sat on it and the tub was as clean as it could be. However, you could tell they prep the rooms with what they have available. The beds had clean linen, the carpets were clean, etc..

The exterior presentation lacks appeal, I was concerned when we first arrived. The room had an overwhelming smell of carpet sprinkles. The pool area was nice. There appeared to be a homeless person allowed to enter the facility and eat breakfast which would have been fine but he was eating in the breakfast area with no shirt or shoes rambling on. My kids and I did not look at him or fir the concern of safety. The displayed behavior was 100% mental health concerns he became confrontational to me and my children. As guests who were trying to peacefully eat breakfast. No workers were present and they did not respond to the inappropriate behavior and statements being said. We told the person at the front desk who was completely oblivious.

Room was clean, water pressure was good and hot. Was a little skeptical when we pulled in but it was all good! Breakfast was good. The ladies who worked there were all friendly and helpful when needed. My kids enjoyed the pool as soon as it opened. The pool was clean!
