I had a lovely stay st the Bright Angel. The staff arlt the reception and travel desks were super informative and provided amazing customer service. The locstion ias unparalleled with amazing views of the canyon. My cabin/room was well appointed, really clean and cozy. Plenty of towels. The most azimg part is how the Grand Ca yon Railway delivers your luggage from the Williams depot directly to your room. It was fantastic! I will definitely stay again.
Hotel room is average at best. No TV or chairs to sit in. Outdoor lighting poor. The real benefit is location near the Grand Canyon. Just a few feet from the south rim. As they say .,. Location. Location. Location.
Beautiful haven of peacefulness.
Lodging comfortable with everything one needs.
Only drawback was being able to hear neighbours in next lodge, thin walls.
Staff very helpful, food excellent in restaurant, good service.
Great place to stay, the bathroom vwas very little and a bit uncomfortable but besides that everything was good. The front desk attendees bcould be a little friendlier, they have a restaurant with lots of vegan and vegetarian ootions. The also have a small souvenir atore, the guy at the register was very friendly and helpful, I'll recommend this place.❤️
We loved staying at this historic property inside the Park. It is such a beautiful old place that blends into the Canyon's landscape. The Restaurant was excellent as well. We had dinner at
the El Tovar Hotel and found the dinner and service to be excellent and the dining room beautiful and historic.
Historic, interesting, quaint little cottages right on the rim walk. Unbeatable location but otherwise average in terms of dining and amenities. Decor appropriate but a little tired.
The view from the rim cabin was phenomenal, and the cabin was much cuter than any photos I had seen online. Very cozy. Hated to leave. The only thing that was odd was that they would not provide us with wifi access before we were actually given the room key, even though we had paid for the room. It was a couple of hours shy of check-in time when we asked. No explanation given. Very odd and inconvenient. Nevertheless, once we checked in, we had no complaints and would definitely return and recommend.
It is really great being so close to the rim. You just walk a minute and you’re looking into the Canyon. This cabin had a locked connecting door and we could really hear the people in the other room through it. Crying baby the first day and coughing man the second. It wasn’t too terrible but just made it slightly less than ideal.

Cozy cabin room near the rim with a comfortable bed and easy chairs. It was very clean and the coffee was good. We’ll return.
