This 2br/1bath will meet all your Needs and beyond Whether your coming to visit your kids at the U of A or Escaping the Winter Elements . We are certain that you will enjoy your stay. Everything has been updated, from kitchen to decor with modern amenities, while still maintaining the charm of a Southwest Casita. New Air Conditioning, beds, linens, towels & toiletries along with Free wifi with its own designated network to keep you connected your entire stay. 46 " Tv with Satellite Tv so you can watch all your favorite programming * additional fee may Be required for certain channels **. CLEANING.

We have gone Beyond Covid -19 protocol !! We use both a product called In-Cide ( sold at Home Depot ) as well as wipe everything down with a hospital cradle sanitizing agent that kills Covid 19 and other known viruses in 10 minutes after contact. We’ve changed our checkin time to 4 pm and the place is aired out for hrs before cleaner even goes in. Everything is washed in the hottest longest cycle the washer! We’ve had no issues at all. We provide hand sanitizer and antibacterial soap as well for all our properties.

Bedroom

Master Bedroom has a new queen-sized bed (mattresses & box spring) a nice size standard closet. Extra linens are available for all beds in the house, along with extra pillows and comforters. Also available are 2 fold out cots for additional guests.

Bedroom 2

Has Queen Bed also, night stands and closet.
Guest Access

Guest have access to the entire house, front yard, and off street parking ( Rv spot upon request ), Free wifi , washer dryer, towels toiletries and linens all included with your stay.

Interaction with Guests

We live in the neighborhood and are available any time for questions. That being said, we enjoy privacy when we travel, so unless you reach out to us with questions, we will happily leave you in peace to enjoy your stay. If you need us, we're happy to share our knowledge of the neighborhood and help you find whatever you need in Tucson.

Great place to explore from
It was great location and easy to get in and out. You can tell they have lived there because fully equipped and functional for long stay of a month. Only issue was low lighting, but it wasnt too bad. It's hard getting old!

Wish we could have had more channels on TV or even the ability to sync tv with Netflix, Hulu, YouTube TV or something. We had to go to a bar to watch ESPN and all the football games. Only had just a few local channels. But all in all a great place. Thanks for everything

Pre Christmas Tucson Trip
My girlfriend and I along with some of her family travelled down to Tucson for a small trip down memory lane before Christmas and we stayed at this lovely property. Everything was great in the house and the front yard patio area was wonderful in the good weather. Would definitely stay again.

Adorable Bungalow
Conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood. Neighbors walking dogs saying hello while we relaxed in our yard was an added pleasant surprise. Super cute and clean, and close to my favorite Whole Foods Market for groceries. Hiked in several locations around Tucson and it was an easy drive to and from Bungalow with plenty of quick stops for lunch or dinners. Would stay again in a heartbeat. Thank you.

And, they are back again!
I love staying in this cute casita while visiting family in Tucson. My daughters and I stayed here last year and this year it was my husband and I. It is close to the family and also pretty much all of Tucson. It’s got everything we need and then some. We hosted a dinner one night and my aunt recalled someone else they knew staying here and enjoyed it. If we come back again as a small group we would always check for availability here first! Where the house is located is so quiet and peaceful, yet only a few mintures away from all kinds of shops and restaurants. It’s also close to many sight seeing places. The owners are so responsive and caring. Loved it!

Quiet neighborhood. House was great and had everything we needed. We did have couple of surprises. Didn't realize we would be sharing laundry facilities with another house. We didn't realize we were sharing the driveway with house behind so we got woke up the first night to move our vehicle and make room for the other guest. It wasn't a problem once we knew to plan for another vehicle. I am sure you already know about the front irrigation leak. We tried to turn it off but couldn't. Thanks for hosting us. We had a great time and will be looking to stay with you again.

We were unaware of the rental behind us. The girls staying there seemed to think they owned the driveway. We had to park our new truck on the street. When we did park in the driveway on day 2 they pounded on the front door & were very rude. Other than that the house was quiet. Good Lord get rid of that 1972 couch! Old dirty & very uncomfortable

This home was clean, roomy & had everything we needed. It was centrally located, close to shopping, restaurants & the zoo. Our only complaint was the dark walls & lack of lighting. My husband is visually impaired & it was difficult for him to see inside.

Exploring Tucson
This property is very clean and well maintained. Large kitchen. It was very quiet and comfortable. Convenient location for getting around Tucson and surrounding areas. Excellent parking. My reason for rating a 3 star and not 5 would be an easy fix for the property manager. I didn’t recall being told or reading that someone else would have access to the laundry room during our stay When I informed management that someone was using the laundry between late night/early morning I was told I was mistaken and nobody should be on the property while we are staying there. Then I am told that management thought I was staying at a different property and there was someone using the laundry room but not suppose to use it after 9pm. This is a security concern as the door to the laundry room is not a solid/exterior door with a deadbolt like the front door.

Best stay ever!
Taylor and Yuko are the best! The place was clean and the table beautifully set for dinner when we arrived. Anytime we had a problem, for example, the microwave stopped working. The next day Taylor came with a new one. They are friendly and caring and take care of any problems quickly. You will have a great experience renting from these people.
