Casa Mimosa is now accepting guests to rent the 2nd bedroom with its own private bath. The owner lives on the property and lives in the master suite. There is a retaining wall around the property for privacy and security. We have a hot tub, barbecue, WiFi fire pit and washer and dryer available for guests. You also have unlimited use of the kitchen, dining room, living room and family room. You are within walking distance of the University of Arizona and Tucson Medical Center. The main cross streets are Speedway and Campbell. There is guest parking on the street. This is a wonderful neighborhood located one block south west of the historic Arizona Inn.
