One of the washcloths had a earwig in it and the one sheet had an ink stain. Other than that it was clean. Front desk was very nice and helpful. No vent in the bathroom. Very close to shopping and food.
Our stay at the facility was very good. A few things did stand out though
There were a few long black hairs in the tub I noticed when I went to take a shower. Also noticed no hair dryer available. Other than that, things were fine

Kitchen Staff needs improvement
Everything was great except for Carlos in the back of the kitchen!! Wow, fire this guy. He clearly hates his job! Why work back there if you are upset that you have to cook food for other people. Attitude is annoying! Definitely need training on customer service
