Very beautiful place that is well located if you are doing turístic activities around the area. The Hacienda itself has a great tour called journey of coffee that shows how an ecological coffee farm is organized and ran. It takes about 3 hours. We enjoyed every minute of it. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff is very kind and helpful. If it weren’t because of the main road that runs about a mile from the property, you would hear only the birds, which sign all day long. Around the restaurant area there are several humming birds that are a joy to watch and to photograph. All the bid pluses really outweigh the issue of the noise of the trucks. During the day you get used to it and at night you can use earplugs. It’s not really loud. It’s just in the background all the time. There is a nice infinity pool and nice common areas with balconies with great views of the landscape. It’s a great place if you just want to relax. There is a sauna but we did not visited it. Overall we recommend Hacienda Combia and we would come back if we are visiting the area in the future.

Overall the hotel was nice, with beautiful views, very helpful and nice staff. Bathrooms are a bit small and the plumbing has small leaks. There is lots of heavy truck traffic from the main road that can be heard while sleeping, though this was not a problem for us.

The hotel look pretty good, with an amazing stuff full englisg. The food was ok, we were disappointed about the rooms, we stay in the room next to events part. The bathroom was terrible need a totally make up. over all we had a great time.

Good coffee getway
The hote is very beautiful and staff is very helpful and nice. The only thing I recomend on improving is the room noise insulation since you can hear everything around. Overall great experience.

Relaxing and beautiful
Amazing place to relax and tour around the eje cafetero / Colombia's coffea area. Great service, a brilliant pool and decent food. Photos in their website do not do justice to the facilities: the pool and hammocks, the surrounding vegetation and the views. They have a very interesting (and different) coffee tour around the hacienda, worth paying for. Rooms are plain and there is no extra luxury, but they are clean enough. Could do with better lights and ventilators, though. And the whole point is to experience life in an hacienda after all (with some added benefits - did I mention the pool? :) )

Excelent to rest in a family atmosphere
The hotel is a real coffee farm where you can drink the coffee produced there. The restaurant staff are very friendly and advise guests very well about local activities. Rooms are confortable and quiet. The pool has an excelent view of the Quindio´s montains. I traveled with my husband and his parents, we had an excellent holiday.

Very sleepless night...
It is a very pretty hacienda but my stay was uncomfortable for 2 reasons. There was strange very strong smell in my room. Not sure what it was (may be they were fumigating or something) but it was suffocating and it was impossible to stay in the room without the windows being open. Wouldn't be a problem if there were nets on the windows, but since there were none, leaving windows open would invite mosquitoes at night, can't turn the lights on... I ended up sleeping with the window open just inches above my head. Also very noisy from the major highway well into the night and staring early in the morning. The earplugs don't help much. This does not feel like a peaceful place. And finally the dog on the property was very vigilant and barked constantly in the middle of the night. So with all of that I pretty much didn't sleep. Otherwise the place is very lovely, lots of character, the food at the restaurant was good, and the people at the reception were very helpful. I only stayed one night and couldn't use all that the place can offer, so unfortunately the fact that it didn't offer a good night sleep made it for overall pretty awful experience for me.

Decided to make a change 3 weeks before the reservation and the hotel charged me the entire rate. People's plans change and I know I should have been more attentive to the cancelation policy but only allowing you to cancel a month or more in advance is a little to much.

Moderately prices it has nice views and pool. The Owner Theresita is nice and was on the property asking how the service was while we were there. We took the coffee farm tour which was interesting. I recommend it. but beware they never told us there was a cost/charge to take the tour which lasts about 4 hours and is a walk through the property with an demonstration and testing of how different types of coffee are made. We were presented with a bill of over $50 USD for two people. Unfortunately we were never told there was a cost. We paid it since we enjoyed it but recommended to the owner that she needs to let people know up front. It doesn't seem like the staff are very well trained (yet). Great views and pool and jacuzzi are very nice. I would stay here again for a relaxing weekend. We paid $77 per night plus tax on Expedia.

Romantic Getaway to Colombia's coffee region
This hotel was amazing =). It is a true coffee hacienda, it has the perfect combination of modern amenities and traditional colombian. We have even walked around the hacienda and we picked up coffee beens with the farm workers.

Great place to relax...
Hacienda Combia is a great place to relax, or as a stepping point to see the surrounding area. I was able to make arrangements to tour the Coffee Park, Cocora and Salento Valleys. The staff is very friendly, and bi-lingual. I am an American, and my Spanish is very limited, but I had no problem communicating with the staff here. They were very helpful and made my stay very relaxing and carefree. The room that I had was a simple room, with bath. The whole place was done in the style of the old-time fincas, or haciendas of past. It was very comfortable and relaxing.

Hôtel avec beaucoup de potentiel mais je ressors avec un avis mitigé. Nous sommes tombé en même temps qu’un groupe hyper bruyant qui ne respectait pas les autres clients. Nous aurions apprécié au moins avoir une chambre éloigné et pas au milieu d’eux ! Pour le reste nous n’avons pas du tout réussi à les joindre avant notre arrivée pour savoir quel bus nous devions prendre. Sur Whatsapp personne ne répond, ni par téléphone d’ailleurs. Heureusement à la gare on nous a aidé. Pour le reste le personnel est serviable et l’environnement agréable. Mais la chambre était mal entretenue et vieille. Nous ne n’y sommes pas sentie confortable.
