Hermoso lugar, tranquilo seguro muy limpio. excelente servicio. Ten en cuenta que hace mucha calor y algunos cuartos no cuentan con el servicio de aire acondicionado,recomendable alquilar un auto en el aeropuerto de Tulum ya que el transporte de taxi es demasiado caro y escaso.

Restaurant service was horrible, receptionist guy was non engaging sat on his phone all day. The restaurant they advertised was down the road with very limited options. Water down drink, pillows had mold on them. First and last time ever staying there.

We love the quiet and walkable to the beach. Staffs are helpful and friendly. The room need to be updated. Some items are broken or missing pieces already. Other than that, we love this hotel.

Amazing Place! Much better than I expected. Room service every day (without even asking for) , very clean sheets and towels. Beach is private with easy access from the room, 1 minute walk. If you looking for a place to relax with a reasonable price, this is the place.

I loved the rustic thatched roof oceanfront rooms. Off the oceanfront the breeze is great. Lots of rooms dont have air. But the staff will try to accommodate for everyone's wants and needs. I enjoyed the laid back atmosphere and quiet and safe.

The location is right on the beach and it's secluded from all the noises and parties from a block away. My cabin was by the pool overlooking the ocean. In May, the weather can get to 95-100 deg so having ocean breeze helps. The room is very spacious. The only drawback is you can only turn on a/c from 8pm-8am. I would definitely come back.
