We were given the wrong passcode to gain entry to the penthouse. After traveling 6 hrs was left sitting outside the penthouse texting and calling the property manager with no response for 30 mins. The front desk helped us get in touch with the property manager, front desk obtained passcode. Bedding had stains. We hired a chef, there was no chairs to go with table on the upstairs patio. Water and WiFi kept going out. As we departed realizing the property manager never communicated the lockbox code to us I texted property manager asking where to leave the key got no response. Front desk said they were not responsible for the key leave it in the room. Unfortunately, forgot my headphones with key being locked in room couldn’t get back in property manager contacted me On my way! To airport which was an hour later said he would mail my headphones. Called to follow up and now the cleaning company didn’t see them. The PanOramic and it’s workers were awesome, very helpful. Public pool was beautiful, very relaxing. Not close to much you need transportation bike, taxi, shuttle etc.
