Un estafa
Muy mal, llegue y no tenía la reserva en el lugar que estaba completo. Quede varada en un lugar desconocido. Nunca me atendieron en Hoteles.com para plantear el problema suscitado. Un gran disgusto, solo espero que el pago con la tarjeta no impacte porque tendré que hablar con abogados sobre ello. Es inconcebible llegar a un lugar reservado con antelación y que te respondan que ellos no trabajan con Hoteles.com. Me sentí estafada
