I had a mostly satisfying stay at this hotel. The location was very convenient as it was close to the highway exit, making it easy to find. There were also plenty of restaurants nearby, which was great for dining options. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, which made the stay comfortable. Overall, it was a good experience, and I would consider staying here again.
The property was fine.
Our problem was that we weren’t able to get thru to the property within 24 hours of our arrival-to let them know we’d be arriving possibly after midnight-the phone line listed was “not a working number” and when attempting to contact thru Expedia, a recording kept telling me to call the phone listed in the confirmation email.
Upon our 11:45pm arrival, we were given our King-size room with no sofa bed for our child. The attendant said there was no-such option at their hotel as we had booked (king with sofa bed), we then had to wait and get relocated to another room around 1am. The attendant had previously told us the hotel was completely sold-out… she somehow was able to get us a double queen room.
I feel this mix-up was COMPLETELY Expedia’s issue-not the hotel’s. It would be nice to get some kind of refund or credit for the inconvenience.

Staff was absolutely amazing. Front desk employees always available to help! Housekeeping staff was very nice as well!
Pool area was okay, bathroom needs some updates. Utilized the laundry facility. Our king studio was large and bed was comfortable. Fridge wasnt working well though. Couple incidents with iur key cards not working and we had multiple rooms, fixed quickly.
Not much in the area or close by. We traveled 12 hours for a wedding, and unfortunately forgot a couple items. Walmart isnt the cleanliness so make sure you have everything packed.
Room was fine and comfortable. But breakfast…another story. There at 7:30. Ran out of coffee and no food ready to be brought out when one pan empty. About 20 guests just shaking their heads in disbelief!
Would have been nice to have a list of restaurants nearby. Asked desk clerk and only mentioned some Mexican place and we had no clue where it was. Not especially helpful.
