A small hotel located right in the centre of Turin, i generally enjoyed my stay with a couple of small things i was less pleased with.
The check-in was fast and the lady showed me to my room. I gave her my passport at the reception to check my details but she forgot to return it and if i didn't notice or mention it i'm not sure she would've given it back to me bc i had to ask for it.
The room is small but better than advertised. I expected a small bed but got a king size bed which is a big plus. The furniture is old, some of it broken and outdated but the sheets and towels were clean. There was a mini refrigerator with two free bottles of water. The TV is small but the channels worked.
If i had to complain about something, that it took 5 to 10 minutes to get the hot water working in the shower. It was explained upon check-in, but the amount of water that is wasted is a bit of a shame.
There is no keycard but a physical key to get into the room, my room was located on the ground floor next to a toilet, so a lot of noise comes through from reception, people using the toilet, but since there were not many guests, it wasn't that noticeable.
The check-out is at 10 which is a bit early, but since the night i stayed, the european time reverted back to standard winter time, it still felt like i checked out at 11. Otherwise it would've been too early.
