It was a room
My room was clean. Breakfast was dry cereal, coffee, and juice. They had muffins 1 out of my 6 days. There was laundry but no ATM to get cash, and the counter didn’t have enough quarters after I ran to the bank for money. I was a decent hotel room if you have something you need to attend close by.

Stayed for Bama family weekend. More affordable than most. Its a budget hotel for sure but staff nice, rooms clean and spacious. Staff very nice. They offered snacks and drinks upon check-in which was a nice little bonus — given how much we paid :) Breakfast super limited. Mexican restaurant next door was fine.

Great but…
I’ve stayed here many times for football games. I was pleased that the hotel seemed cleaner and nicer than it had the last couple of years. In facet everything was great until shortly before checkout time. I’m a late sleeper so I don’t check out until close to checkout time. I didn’t appreciate a staff member banging on my door before checkout time telling me to leave.

The rooms were expensive which was understandable for game day but the condition of the hotel was awful. The furniture was sticky, the carpet had cigarette burns, a lamp shade was broken and the tv picture was terrible. The walls had stains and the window curtains had hole in them. Fortunately we brought air freshener to mask the smell.
