Econo Lodge Stay
I was a little dissapointed in the condition of the room. It was clean, but old looking. The wash cloths were stained and there wasn't a hair dryer nor an iron in the room. The bed was very comfortable. Probably the best sleep I've ever had in a hotel.
Definitely not worth $100 a night, bathroom was dirty, cigarette burns in the pillow cases (in a no-smoking room) and there was rotting greens in the mini fridge
Got there had to wait for a room my check in was at 2 couldn’t check in until 2:15 no rooms was available or ready plus my room had no hot water had to switch rooms on the last day of my stay

When we first checked in, I called the front desk and asked for towels. Four hours later I had to call and ask again, and she told me to come to the front desk to get them.
When we got back to our room after the football game, our room smelled like weed.
We were expecting the pool to be open.
The only light that worked in our room was a lamp with no shade. We had to move it to the sink to be able to use the mirror.
The toilet ran constantly. The fridge did not cool. I put money in the drink machine and the drink dropped, but the door was jammed and I wasn’t able to get my drink out of the machine.
My TV wasn't working. My refrigerator wasn't working people hanging outside my door

Great service. Not great room.
Room was non smoking but smelt like smoke and all the bed linens had cigarette holes in them and discoloration. Towels were discolored. Was an accessible room and I almost slipped on the flooring multiple times just wearing socks. Bathroom had hair and dead beds all over the floor, counter, and shower floor. Appliances in the room were discolored and dirty and looked like they would start an electrical fire. Zero plugs to charge a phone except in the bathroom were free for use. Could not get comfortable and was afraid to sleep in the covers. Parking lot stayed well lit however many cars came in and out throughout the night where guests and non guests just lingered in the lot chatting. Felt very unsafe. Staff however were very friendly both in the evening and in the morning and I wish the room reflected the same.
My partner and I love this hotel. The staff is super friendly and always accommodating and it is tucked away and quiet. Water is hot, beds are comfortable and WiFi works very well for my firestick. Highly recommend!
Great stay! Will be using them again! Rooms are clean and housekeeping does an excellent job of changing out trash daily, providing clean towels daily and making the bed daily.
First time in Alabama so i did not know this establishment was worse than a motel 6. I think i would have been safer at a motel 7. There was handprints and blood on our bed and walls. I thought it was a joke at first. It’s the worse place i have ever stayed at. It was only for one night because we left the second night. I would not ever come back- even if it was free. The establishment was worse the one can imagine. Roaches, blood on wall, handprints on bed, holes on wall, fridge was leaking. And when we walked outside - someone offered to pay for sex. I nearly ran home.
