Our first night here we returned to our room to find a massive SWARM of thousands of ants getting into our BAGGED groceries. Had to switch rooms. They switched our room but I was anxious the entire rest of the trip and had housekeeping come every day and vacuum. Furniture and decor is dated but that would have been fine if it wasn’t for the pests. Also like NONE of the outlets worked. Their computer systems went down twice—once while we were getting our key cards fixed (for the THIRD time) and again at checkout. Staff was friendly with the exception of the manager—I forget his name but it starts with a C. He was short with us at check in for no reason and made us wait 8 minutes until our check in time at exactly noon. Which—if housekeeping was still in there that would be one thing—but they weren’t. And in the time it takes to check in it would have been noon anyway. Overall, never staying again.

My room smelled bad and was very humid to the point that the bathroom floor was damp. The curtain was broken and didn’t close all the way so there was a bright light from the parking lot shining in all night. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Being on a highway, there was a lot of traffic noise. It wasn't that bad but it was definitely noticeable. The cooling/heating unit was pretty loud, too. Fortunately it was a comfortable temperature without it so I turned it off.

Generally good for the price point. Staff was great! Only complaint, Bugs- I left carry-out on the desk and fell asleep around 11pm. When I woke around 4am I found the food and surrounding area had been discovered by sugar ants and hundreds were marching on the table and desk, leading to an external wall. Did not complain to front desk as I was leaving for work directly. Threw the food away in the hall and left. When I came back the next evening the ants were gone. That night i sat down at the desk to eat again and a spider ran out at me. I smashed it immediately. Then another jumped out from the blankets when I opened them to get in. If you want pictures, reach out. I have the ants and the first spider.

Other guest were rude and a lot of noise at night between 11:00pm and midnight. I called the front desk staff and no answer. I walked to the front desk and there she was. The front desk staff claimed that the phone wasn’t working. I advised of the issue with other guests making loud noise.
