Like the hotel, not the shower.
The receptionist told us when we book 3rd party they always give us the handicap room. We’ve been give. No handicap rooms many times. Not necessarily a problem, but the showers always get the floors wet making it an unpleasant experience as the floors are slippery.

After staying at a competitor in a different city/state the night before this was a refreshingly wonderful experience! Beautiful accommodations, great service, updated rooms, more towels than we needed. Appliances updated. Absolutely wonderful. Can't wait to travel back through this area and stay here again. We always stay here at this location because we can count on the staff being welcoming and helpful and knowing that our room is clean and safe. This hotel is a wonderful place to stay when visiting the university.

Great location staff and layout
Very nice hotel will equipped great layout in the rooms. Staff was extremely courteous and helpful. The only ding here for us on this one night was there was a problem with the shower stall drainage that was not addressed during our stay. I did report it early that morning of our departure but no one ever came to check it so rather than flood the bathroom we were relegated to 2 minute showers and then had to wait 20 to 30 minutes for the basin to drain in order to head out. And they ran out of breakfast food a little early, but there were some other items to tie us over. The hotel is a great location close to campus we would use it again and recommend it. Nice touch with the half court basketball and indoor pool.
