I liked how the room was very spacious. The breakfast had some great options. Staff was friendly. Only downside for me was the permenant stains on bedding and towels.

Overall not happy
Workers didn’t seem happy to work there. When given the room key cards checking in, the guy gave it like dealing a hand of cards. Then was told elevator doesn’t work and need to use the stairs to get to room. I had a 4 month old in a stroller and bags. Very inconvenient. I just stayed overnight to get some rest and shower, but did not enjoy the bed or being at the hotel after being greeted the way I was. Shower was a bit dirty, and caulking coming off. Then the next day upon check out, no one was at the counter so I picked up the desk phone. The worker came by and said rudely what did I need. I said to check out, and he just laughed and said to throw the key cards in the box. But I said I wanted a paper receipt, and he was acting like it took so much time from his work to do… I was not happy to bring my family here.

This place was extremely dirty snd the bed was really uncomfortable! The staff were not friendly at the front desk. Not a great experience and i love holiday in usually! Not this location!! The breakfast was too salty and they dont provide toiletries, laundry bags anymore? Not a fan.

Was easy to check in. Rooms were nice, the AC didn’t work very well. It was winter time but the room was very warm. Learned you can lightly open the window though. Breakfast accommodation with non dairy milk which was nice. Cute picture area was set up for Christmas also.

This hotel was perfect for our large family! They had a very large breakfast area and lounge area with large tables for our whole family! The suite we got was also spacious! AND the pool was WARM!!!
