The Breakfast was great, a point of guidance, do not serve Fish Cakes for breakfast rather Kippers or Haddock. The Coffee shop was the best bet, but here, when ordering the Chicken and Mango salad, no Mango, had to a Avo paste. We also ordered the 'Red Wined' Pear slices with Blue cheese and Macadamia nuts, here no Blue cheese supplied with feta and Emmerentia Cheese (I think a light yellow, firm, mild cheese) making the meal bland with a mixture of nuts? Kitchen Management needs to get 'jacked' up!
