Excellent service. Clean, large rooms and bathrooms. Staff was very courteous, attentive, and provided prompt service. Rooms, dining area and foyer area were clean and well maintained.

When I arrived and they said booking through Expedia did not reflect in their side and I was waiting for one hour to get the room. I called customer care of Expedia and they talked to hotel reception and they simply mentioned no booking done through Expedia. Then they alloted room for one day only though I booked for two days. The next day only they alloted room for the second day and from Expedia need to sort it out this type of technical glitches and as a traveller I worried a lot. Other than that stay was good and spacious room and overall good. Complementary breakfast ok. The hotel surrounded by restaurants and nearer to bus stop and overall good stay.

Staff is great. Help you to get food as per the diet restrictions. Rooms are good too. Overall entire property was nice and clean. Would recommend to friends and family.

The hotel details mention a swimming pool on premises. Upon checking-in the hotel informed me that the mention of a pool was a mistake on their website and refused to cancel the reservation and provide a refund. The restaurant staff had no knowledge of hygienic handling of food. The waiter dropped food on the table, picked it up and served it on the plate in front of us. When questioned, he was clueless about what went wrong. They were arrogant in telling us to give the order in one go including the post meal hot drinks upfront. Every room is built inside a 20 ft shipping container that is cramped. The hotel details does not mention this. If you are looking to sleep inside shipping container with low-grade food and arrogant staff, this is the right place at a expensive price.
