I was woken up at 8 in the morning by a maid coming in my to my room bang and flipping on lights and then once woken up i left my room to co.e back a d find out they had deactivated my keys for my room it was very inconvenient and not the stay i paid for and to top it off there was cops searching the premises for a fugitive was definitely not the experience i expected

We've stayed here before and enjoyed it. Overall the trip was good but our service for dinner at the Island Grille was extremely slow. We were popping in for a quick dinner but ended up waiting nearly an hour before finally receiving our food. My wife had to leave before we could finish and we had to pack it all up to go instead.

The property is fantastic. Great view from our comfortable room. No complaints about the hotel or its room. The problem was we came to celebrate my birthday and enjoy not only the casino/resort, but dinner. Unfortunately the restaurant was out of oysters, mussels. If that wasn’t bad enough they were out of polenta too. So no birthday dinner

This is our 'go to' casino for a weekend getaway. Love how they've made some significant changes (hadn't been there since 2019 due to pandemic) like the little food court area that had pizza, ice cream, sandwiches and coffee with yummy items - muffins, scones, yogurt, etc. Their seafood bar is still 'the bomb' - get the crab cocktail!!! Rooms are always nice, comfortable. Staff is wonderful. Treat yourself to a massage - the therapists there are wonderful!

The only thing that happened that i didnt like was when i was winning on the blackjack table they switched out the dealer 5 minutes after she returned from her break to make the next dealer burn a card. I called the floor manager out on it and he shrugged his shoulders at me because he knew it was wrong, but he was doing his job.

The signs for the entry are not clearly marked. There are multiple doors to get into the hotel which seems unsafe. There was a homeless person laying in the middle of the road with all of her belongings near the front of the hotel. When we were checking in, the desk clerk told us that we had been upgraded to a presidential suite, and then he went silent for 3 minutes. He then told us that he was wrong. That's fine as our deluxe suite was sufficient for our honeymoon. But the mattress in our suite was broken down the middle, and therefore it bowed up and was extremely uncomfortable to lay on. Our bed had only a sheet, and nothing more. There was no other bedding in the room. I asked the front desk on our second day how to get to the Salish cliffs restaurant. He pointed to the bridge and said "its just over the bridge on the left. It's the only building there." So I started walking that direction and pulled it up on the map and it was a 17 minute walk. He never told me that to begin with. Overall, our honeymoon was terrible.
