This hotel is clean, quiet and reasonably priced....the shower was hot with pressure....their was a refrigerator and microwave in the room..also a coffee maker and desk...even has artwork on the wall... Free breakfast from 6 to 9 and hotel offers a gym and pool....Springfield is centrally located...you cannot go wrong with this place....also hotel staff was polite and helpful

One of the worst hotel stays I’ve had in a while and mostly due to the staff. Upon arrival, we are in our hotel room for maybe a half hour before receiving multiple calls that we were being loud and were right above the front desk. The “loud” thing I was doing was iron clothes and unpacking a suitcase. We couldn’t even walk around in our room comfortably, it’s awful Then they slutshamed my friend while we were simply getting breakfast. Saying her outfit was inappropriate and she needed to leave. She made us very uncomfortable and kept looking at my friends chest. It was 9am with no one else around us, she was wearing pajama pants and a sports bra. Absolutely nothing wrong with it and no other customers near to complain either.

I love staying here in Springfield—lots of choices for eating and very walkable. The room was one of the best I have stayed in. Did not hear the neighbors or anything. We will come back.

Convenient location. On-site parking. Staff very friendly. Spacious room. Plenty of breakfast options. This was our second time staying at this property and my only concern this time was the numerous stains on the carpet in our room.

This hotel is very old and outdated. The door to the room stuck really badly trying to open or close. Tv remote didn’t work. Toilet barely flushed. Was there 4 nights and told I would get cleaning on 3 rd night which never happened.
