Whole hotel stunk. Windows are unable to open. All of the furniture and walls were falling apart an nasty looking the pull out couch still had sheets from the whoever last stayed and wouldn’t give me new ones after only a sheet
Old and really needs an update. Breakfast was a joke, basic food. Room key never worked, up and down the stairs to get it reprogrammed several times. Was there for a wedding and would never stay there again.
My daughter left her tablet in our room under the pillows well she didnt tell us till about 8 hours later after we were home that she left it there, and when i called the hotel and told them they said no one found it and no turned anything in, room service cleaned out room shortly after we checked out, because they were cleaning the room next to ours when we left.
The stay started off rough with our first room having a terrible Oder. The front desk staff was nice and moved our room. The second room had broken furniture and still had a unpleasant smell.

The manager was absolutely terrible. None of the key cards would open our door so a manual key was needed. The night after a long day, the key card reader quit working and the manager (in Baltimore) told the front desk to put us in another room without our things. We were told he’d be there by 7am the next morning. He was not. We had to wait 2.5 hours for him to drive from his house to let us in our room so we could get our things and go home. All of this could’ve been avoided had they placed us in a different room as soon as the key reader quit working the FIRST time. Staff was wonderful, manager was the worst.
