With an almost treehouse-like feel, the appeal of this Vantage Point ‘valentine’ is undeniable. Alluring in its simple pleasantry. It lacks nothing of quaint and quirky charm, providing amazing accessibility and all the desired creature comforts. There’s a sweet gas fireplace set into a multi-colored tile hearth that adds a touch of style to this haven in the heart of the village.

Comfortable 1 bedroom 1 bathroom condominium within walking distance to Lionshead Village. Easy, short walk to slopes, restaurants, and nightlife. Amenities include kitchenette (with a half size refrigerator & convection oven), gas fireplace, balcony, bluetooth stereo bar, common area covered parking, washer & dryer, summer pool, and year-round hot tubs. The pool opens July 4. When the pool opens, the number of people will be limited and the county social distancing requirements between groups not together. This complex has an interesting legacy and has been recently refreshed with common area improvements to the paint and railings. Bang for buck, this is one of the best values in the Vail Valley!

Very convenient location with a short 5-6 minute walk to gondola. Compared to other places this was a very good value and we enjoyed our week of skiing. It was nice to be able to walk to restaurants and shops. We even walked back from vail village after dinner one evening. We would definitely stay here again. The free parking was an added bonus compared to other places as well.

Just a short walk across a parking lot and Lionshead village to the Gondola. Condo was very clean and well furnished. Even came with covered parking. Property manager was friendly, communicative, and really helpful. We enjoyed it very much.

Perfection
This is a compact unit in the heart of Lionshead Village about 90 seconds' walk to lift. It has a communal hot tub immediately outside the door and a lovely deck. The gas fireplace was cozy and the galley kitchen equipped with all you need. I would return in a heartbeat. Other than the caveat below, this unit was perfection for a couple.The property manager Berkshire Hathaway could be better. I arrived1.5 hours early and requested early access. They replied room would be ready very soon and would text when it was. Never did. I asked about a hot tub closure; they promised to contact the onsite manager, but never followed up to see if the problem was resolved. Lastly, the automated check out texts continued to flow long after I had communicated by text that I had checked out quite early.

It's a 10 point straight shot!
The property was clean, well managed, professionally organized, and stocked with anything/everything I needed. The best part was that it was a short, straight shot from the condo, through Lionshead, to the lifts! And you could rent, shop, and eat along the way! It was a great venue and I plan to come back.

Very nice and clean. Affordable, compared with other Vail options. Great location. Only issue was the shower did not drain well. Be aware there is no A/C so windows and doors must be open to remain cool, and I-70 is very close if you're sensitive to traffic noise. Overall a very good experience with no regrets and I would stay here again, as well as recommend to others.

The Vantage Condo
Great location for hockey camp at Dobson. You do get significant highway noise from the frontage road and I70 in the summer with the windows open. There are restaurants and a really nice grocery store within walking distance, as well as access to the bike path/trail that goes along the river.

5 min walk to gondola.
The condo is directly across the street from the public(-paid) lionshead parking. The condo has everything you need and was the perfect size for the 2 of us. You could put a 3rd on the couch but it’s tight. Even though there is only a 1/2 size fridge there is a full set of kitchen ware, dishes, pots n pans, etc. even a outdoor grill on the deck. Super clean! Everyone was really friendly and helped with anything we needed. I’d recommend this place!

Long Holiday Weekend
We have been to Vail many times and stayed at different condos in this same complex. This one is only a one bedroom and it was tight, but for the amount of time we spent in it just fine. The fridge was tiny, but we managed to fit everything. It is a weird entrance with one door opening to two. The other door belongs to an owner who was not careful with their dog who almost attacked my children. Thankfully, no one was harmed. Talked to the on site manager Mo who said he would straighten it out. Mo is wonderful!

My husband and I spent 5 nights here and loved it. Upon a arrival the coffee carafe was missing and the property manager responded quickly - had one delivered the following day. This location is an easy two min walk to Eagle Bahn gondola. There are great places to walk to go drinks and food in Lionshead. The walk to Vail Village and quick and simple. The Lionshead market for groceries is a min away and has everything you could need. Wish we could’ve used the ski lockers in the garage but skis easily fit on the balcony. Kitchen had plenty of pans, utensils and plates. The microwave has a bake/convection option too.

Perfect little spot at Lionshead Village
Easy transaction. Met our needs perfectly. My wife and I stayed in the sizable bedroom. One of our friends drove up from Boulder to ski with us and slept on the pull out couch in the living room. He is quite tall and said that it was way more comfortable than you’d think! Used the living room fireplace to warm up, escape a chill, dry out our boots, and for ambiance. The kitchen is functional. We made breakfast each day there. We hit the slopes by 8:30a. Easy 5-10 min walk down to the Gondola. The community hot tub was right out our front door. Definitely used to rest our weary ski muscles. And lots of cool people to meet along the way there too. Highly recommend. Good bang for the buck unit!
