Great Stay at Courtside
Loved our stay at Courtside. Property is great - well furnished, nice views, and in a great location. We liked that it’s more private and away from the hustle of Vail Village and Lionshead. Was nice to take walks and hikes around the property. Bus location is very convenient. The rooms and beds were very comfortable and spacious. Kids loves the loft area - called it their “secret room”. Definitely recommend staying at Courtside!

Overall great
It was a great stay, we didn’t want to be in town amongst the crowd. So this was perfect. Don’t count on Uber! We ended up hiring a personal driver. The only complaint I have is the back doors don’t lock. Other than that it was great!

Great family home
My family and I loved this property! It was clean, it had all the furnishing that we needed and it was in a great location. If there was one complaint it would be that there wasn’t air conditioning and it was a little warmer than I would prefer to sleep in but there are fans that help. This house is about 10 minutes from Vail Village and Lionshead. We were glad that we weren’t in the villages because where this house is located it isn’t as congested. If you wanted to go to either village both places had free parking and were easy to get into. If you have children this is a great place to stay and Vail is a great place to visit. On this trip my children were ages 10,8,6 and 4. There are a lot of great parks around that they loved to play at. We also enjoyed hiking. Our favorite hike was at Vail Pass Trailhead which is about a 5ish minute drive from the house. We hiked the Gore Creek Trail to the creek and it was spectacular. The hike was difficult at times but all my kids could do it. It was under 2 miles round trip- you could have gone further to a lake but we didn’t. Once you get to the top make sure you make your way to the creek, it is so worth it. The other hike we enjoyed was Grand Escape to Kinnickinnick. To start it we took the Gondola at Lionshead up the mountain. It does cost $50 an adult to ride the Gondola but the views were worth it. This hike was also so pretty. This one had more of an altitude gain than Gore Creek. It starts going up the mountain and then goes through the woods on the way down. It’s about 3 miles from the Gondola at Lionshead to the Gondola at Vail Village. You could ride the Gondola down there and then shuttle to your car at Lionshead or you can hike an easy 1 mile across back to the Gondola at Lionshead. That is what we did.

Really nice stay!
We very much enjoyed our time here. The home was super clean and had everything we needed. Heat took a while to warm the house up, so our first night wasn't perfect, but host was super communicative about it and did his best to remedy. Great place!
