Unique & cool old hotel that was once a bank. Ear plugs in the room. Thoughtful touch! Not a lot of choices in the area. My Texas shaped waffle made my day!

This is my 2nd time here and it was just as good as the first time. The menu at the restaurant was different which I enjoyed so I could try something different! Love love love this hotel. The history is so rich and I enjoyed reading all about it!!

The lady at the front desk, is it Amelia? She makes me feel very welcome when checking in, and throughout the stay. Tending to any needs that arise, and is very nice. Just wanted to give her a shout out! Honestly, everyone is really nice. I just love this hotel. I stayed on my way traveling in from CA, and loved it so much that I decided to stay again on my way back out of TX. The bar, restaurant, safety, courtyard patio, clean/cozy room and lovely bed, are all reasons why I love this hotel.

A unique stay in 1930's (newly renovated) hotel. Rooms comfortable and clean, staff helpful and friendly, Gorgeous lobby and dining areas. We reserved a king suite with a private patio, which was a perfect spot for a private breakfast! The room included a decent continental breakfast, with a wide variety of offerings. I really enjoyed what looked like house made oatmeal muffins. Excellent coffee. The only con was the room doors seemed difficult to close without slamming in order to make it latch, so neighboring units closing multiple times were a bit annoying in the morning.

It's an old/historic property that has been renovated and nicely returned to service. It's a pleasure and a unique experience to stay there...I have more than ten times. The parking involves a "bag drag". Can't be helped, but it's still a "pain" each time.

This is a great hotel out in the middle of West Texas. The hotel was great, but the staff made it fantastic. They have a wonderful restaurant. A fun experience and we will definitely be back.
