Hotel under major construction. Staff tried to say noise was from next door. There was holes in the ceiling workers onsite debris and dust front desk covered in sheets. Rooms vibrated . Then staff kept saying manager not in several times. Finally offered 15 % off. At checkout didnt honour the offer. Better customer service at McDonalds.

Great experience. We could check in 3 hours earlier that was fantastic. Very clean and quiet. Great reception service. Free parking and buffet breakfast made our stay more enjoyable. Definitely I will return to the Atruim hotel next time
