Beautiful hotel within walking distance to cruise pier. Well appointed; nice comfy bed; loved the L'Occitane products in the bathroom. Free bottled water. All staff we encountered were super friendly and helpful. Will stay there again.

The parking was so incredibly inconvenient, they only have one attendant to help assist you with Valet, which is your only option. So your car sits in an alleyway blocking traffic with a bunch of other cars. Ugh terrible. Also, the views, well there aren’t any. It definitely isn’t worth the cost! Too much hassle! Should be a cheaper place to stay.

Overall is okay. The location was good, and shopping and dinning were convenient. However, the hotel facilities were so old and the room I stayed was very small. Only valet parking is available and it was a bit inconvenient. I didn’t get a good impression of the staffs in the lobby to check in and out. Not quite welcoming or kind.

Outstanding welcoming and friendly staff
The service and friendliness of this hotel was outstanding. The breakfast choice, quality and value was excellent. We actually came back to dine at this hotel even when we booked another hotel because of the friendliness and quality of the staff and hotel. We will definitely come back to stay at this hotel if we are back in Vancouver.

Amazing Stay!
From the moment we arrived hours earlier than checkin, the staff were ALL courteous, friendly and MORE than happy to assist with any request. We even found a few appreciated surprises in the room for us. I cannot express enough how much it started our trip off on the right note aftercarriving into a downpour that morning. Congratulations on a beautiful hotel and fantastic staff. Id 100% stay again. Very convenient location too. 🙏🙏
