This hotel has rooms that require one to carry luggage up and down several steps even after taking the elevator. This is very difficult for those with mobility issues. I would like a single floor room with no stairs!

Very nice hotel. Location was excellent. Davie street was in walking distance. Bus stops nearby. The pool was heated and really lovely after a rainy day downtown. Staff and guests were friendly. It felt very safe, though the back alley behind the parking garage was spooky. For a big city and being right near downtown, it was very safe and easy to navigate.

Convenient location
Clean with comfortable beds and black out blinds. Appreciated the Keurig coffee maker in the room. Our room also had a microwave and fridge. Walking distance to Rogers Arena (25 minutes) and 10 minute walk to a skytrain station that took me back to bridgeport station to catch a bus to the ferry. Would stay again :)

The bed and bedding were very comfortable and the bedding was soft. The room was extremely clean it has a balcony with the ability to stand outside and watch the traffic drive by. It was a rainy day so this option was nice. We had a few drinks during happy hour in the bar/restaurant area and it was nice to see a local beer on tap. The only negative was the price for a night stay, however all other hotels in the area on the same night was more. I would say here again and recommend this hotel!!!

Paper thin walls lets you hear all of your neighbors’ conversations and the fan they had rattled incessantly, making drowning out noise impossible. At least the staff was nice!
