Love that you had kitchen facilities in every room. A pot and a pan to cook with would be nice. They have nothing to cook with in the room. Need a industrial ice maker though because ice from the refrigerator freezer takes too long to make. Overall love staying here.

The first room had dog hair on the bed. Wasn’t stripped and washed from prior customer. Next room, red stain and other stains on floor. Bad odor. Toilet handle was hard to flush. Beds were hard and hard bumps.

General manager was very condescending when I asked for an early check in. I understand you didn't have any room available, but I expect someone in your position to act in a more professional and respectful manner. Definitely not staying at this place again if this is the standard you set for customer service.
