Beautiful hotel in a quiet area. Great food options in the area and the free breakfast is tasty. Great servers. Close to Stanley Park. Walking distance to the harbor Would love to stay here again.

Nice hotel but I got very sick
The hotel is nice. Got there late, so no restaurants were available in the area, But they had sandwiches for sale at the front desk. The breakfast buffet was very good. Dinner that night was excellent. Then, an hour after dinner, I got very nauseous, then started throwing up. Again, and again, and again, and again. Then I got the runs. Then I went to sleep, and was fine the next morning. Even ate at the buffet again, but only ate cooked items or pre-packaged items. I have no idea which item it was that caused me to get sick, or even if it was anything I ate at all. But I ate nothing outside the hotel in the 27 hours before I got sick. This has not happened to me in more than 40 years. I tried to tell the front desk when I checked out, but they were so busy and the lines 3-4 deep that I just dropped off my key and left. My wife ate some of the same things I did; she did not get sick. So I can't blame the hotel for sure. Other than that the hotel was excellent.

Great location, nice views and good proximity to attractions, activities, shopping and restaurants. The staff was friendly and helpful. Nice gym and patio area. The rooms are a bit dated, carpets need an overhaul, no fan in the bathroom. Horrible toxic smell in the C level garage.

Lovely area. The Pinnacle’s staff were all friendly and very helpful - even when I realized I left my luggage tags back home!! The rooms were spacious, well kept and comfortable!! The local area had many thing to explore - I only wih we could have stayed longer!!

The Pinnacle Hotel Harbourfront was wonderful. The staff was great! Very friendly and helpful. Loved that we received a free upgrade to a harbourview room! Nice surprise! Food for breakfast was delicious. Had a choice of the buffet or ordering from the menu. Would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Vancouver.
