Poor rating only because there was a very loud buzzing sound - we think it was when the heat came on. Middle of the night it went off several times. We thought it was a clock alarm. We have audio of this but not sure how to share.

We were on the city side. The HVAC mechanical devices on the roofs of various building were echoing through the night bouncing off the buildings. This is nothing the hotel can do anything about except what they have already done, thick double paned window/sliding door and heavy curtains.
