I recently stayed at a hotel in Vancouver and had a pretty good experience overall. The location is fantastic, close to everything you might need. However, the parking garage was quite tight and small, which made parking a bit of a challenge. There was some remodeling going on during my stay, which was a bit of a downside, and the hallways to the rooms were quite narrow. This is definitely the smallest hotel I've ever stayed in.
On the positive side, the hotel was very clean, and they had a small but nice pool and hot tub. Since I didn't spend much time in the hotel during the day, these amenities were just fine for my needs. Coming from Seattle, I found Vancouver to be a very friendly city, much more so than what I'm used to.
One thing that stood out was how the front doors opened without needing to scan a key, which was a bit unusual for me but added to the sense of safety here. Overall, despite the minor inconveniences, I would stay here again.
