The bad. Smelled like Marijuana. Dirty cloth left on the floor.Dirty windows. Outdated. Amost $500 cad for 1 night. The good. Very close to bc place and rogers arena. Moxies open until 1 am. The staff were very helful and pleasant

Our AC didn't work even though they sent two different maintenence people to fix it. They ended up giving us a fan which sort of helped. It made the overall stay uncomfortable but they did give us a discount on our room which was appreciated.

I think we stayed in the older tower which had a bit of a sulfur smell. The pullout couch was old and appeared stained. The bathroom had a few stray hairs. The room was overall quite cramped. Upside was the fitness center was nice and the hotel was centrally located.

It took over 90 minutes to be assigned our room and only done so with our frequent trips to the front desk. We were told that the delay was due to the hotel being fully booked the night before and the night we were staying so housekeeping was having difficulties keeping up. Hire more staff then! We dud notice that bus load after bus load of guests on tour seemed to be getting placed. Having traveled extensively in North, Central, South America and the Caribbean, never have we experienced such poor/negligent service. Our room, although lovely with great views from wall to wall windows, was not quite as clean as it should have been (i.e. pay attention to cleaning toilets properly). Not thrilled!
