Reaĺly enjoyed our stay for the 2 nights. Hotel is wrll situated for Downtown Events. Seems like a lot of renovation work is ongoing on parts of the Property. But room was great, quiet, clean well upkept. We eill be back when another Event is on in Vancouver. Thank you and all the Staff.

Amazing proximity to Rogers Arena. Lovely shop and amenities nearby. Great choices for restaurants, and great to have Moxies right in the building!

The staff were very friendly and helpful! The hotel was fairly clean, but mold was noted in the bathroom, pool area, and on the air conditioning unit. The room got very humid during the day. The bed wasn’t very comfortable. I give 3/5 stars. I don’t know we’d stay there again to be honest.

We stayed here primarily for the hot tub and pool experience before heading to the theatre. Hot tub was closed at no notice - we were informed it would be open the next morning, it was not. No discount offered, no real apology. Poor.
