Good stay. Breakfast area could be bigger, as there is not room to sit at times. Had to pay the staff to print 8 pages and they only took cash for this which I thought was a bit odd considering that I paid over $900 to stay there for 3 nights. Other than that, not bad.

Great economy hotel when need to stay close to the airport for a place to sleep and shower before next leg of travel journey. Clean, quiet. Safe. Free airport shuttle ran on time both directions. Limited late night food options in the area so be prepared to order delivery or go to the nearby Chinese restaurant that is open until 1 AM (food was good).

Hotel could use an update but is clean enough. Check in lady was a bit snarky but all other staff were terrific. Great for walking to restaurants in Richmond, about 3 blocks away, which is what we were in town for! We stayed in 2 different rooms, one in the front of the building and one in the back. The "park view" room with balcony on the 2nd floor was not worth any extra money compared to the standard 2 bed room. Overall, it was a somewhat below average Best Western that was astonishingly expensive-- my main complaint is it was not a good value. Then again, everything in Vancouver was astonishingly expensive, and I came from expensive southern California!

The people were so nice and helpful. The breakfast was easily the best free breakfast ever at any hotel. I would suggest making the muffins half the size because, while they were AMAZING, I couldn’t finish a whole one. I’d rather have gotten 2 minis and not felt like I wasted food. They had real orange juice! With pulp. Not watered someone waved an orange at. The facility was an older one and on the small side, but it was clean and the people were great. Try Harold’s for food if you need a bite. I had chicken noodle soup, my son had alfredo, and my husband had butter chicken - such a wide variety and every bite was great.

Breakfast area is quite small and therfore crowded. The hotel is not at the airport, it's a 15 minute taxi drive away. It's fine for a short stay near the airport, but not convenient for Vancouver tourism.
