I had a family vacation here. The pool is beautiful. The beach is beautiful. I had such a great time here. The staff is super friendly. Anything I needed they accommodated. The bathrooms are so large and well-maintained. They are well staffed and they care about the safety of their guests. They speak English. They speak Spanish. Really and truly nothing from this place was a negative. I had such a positive experience here. The beds are good quality. The hotel rooms are spacious. Although they do not have a restaurant per se, they do have a bar where they cook food. And serve alcohol.

I love how it was such a clean space with convenient amenities. It was so relaxing to wake up and enjoy the beach and or pool. The food was reasonably priced and decent. It was not over the top but I enjoyed it and highly recommend I will go back again this time with the kids. The down fall was construction outside the property but nothing too horrible and it is very secluded from a lot of other tourist locations which require a lot of travel we were about 45 min from San Juan on a heavy traffic day and 35 when it was minimal. Still enjoyed it very much.

Hyatt Vacation Club at Hacienda Was very nice for the price. It is very family friendly. The staff was nice and helpful. It’s a beautiful property. The food at the restaurant could have been better. But all in all I had a nice experience. Just don’t forget to Uber eats or travel out for food.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Hyatt. From upon checking in, the service was great! All staff on property were kind & made us feel welcome at all times. They kindly provided lots of information from restaurants, beaches & different things to do around PR that came in handy. Resort was very clean, relaxing and had all of the amenities necessary. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Can’t wait to go back!

This property wasn’t bad, the communication and service was a fail, they tell you things very last minute which isn’t convenient and consistent to guest. When people from other states and countries visit there’s need to be proper communication and helpful strategies for guest to enjoy their stay .

The entire staff was professional and courteous, However the location is very secluded. I would suggest a car rental as the property is not close to any trip advisor or virator events. Uber is available, however expensive to reach rain forest and Old San Juan etc….
