The hotel is in a great location to walk around the city and many dining and drinking options close by. We had 3 standard rooms and they were all different sizes and the decor is a bit dated. One of the showers needed to be held whilst in use as wouldn’t stay in the holder, another room the shower kept flowing onto the floor. For our 3 night stay the beds were comfortable and the breakfast was great. Would stay again due to location and ease for exploring the city.

Centrally located near the city center square.... parking is a few blocks away since this is the closest parking to hotel since no cars allowed. Hotel is older and could to be updated... while fully funtuonal, does feel very dated (30 years since any updates).

Excellent location walkable to the sights. Hotel had a nice buffet breakfast which was included in the room rate but no "special orders" like omelettes. One thing that drove me crazy was the faucet in the bathroom! It would only turn on by a sensor and would only stay on for 3 seconds! Then I'd have to wave my toothbrush or hand near the sensor for more water! Eco, friendly, yes but so frustrating! Also, we stayed there October 7-10. It was in the 70's but the room was SOO HOT because it had already converted to "heat". I needed the room to be cool - had to call the front desk who sent a maintenance person to turn the air back on. However, it only cooled the room briefly and then the room was once again 77 degrees!

The is not rated properly so we expected more. This is not a 4 star hotel. It is a 2/3 star hotel. We expected more and were disappointed. The location was great, right in Zagreb. It is dated, worn out, mismatched, and is having an identity crisis. It smells bad. The carpet in the room was FILTHY, stained, dirty. The headboard was fake leather and literally worn out where heads would be. It was disgusting. The sheets were clean but bed was not comfortable. The room was hot and we could not adjust the temperature. Thankfully the windows opened but it was so loud outside with noise from the plaza that we had to close them. There were no luggage racks or places to store luggage, which I didn't even want to put on the floor. The bathroom was clean. Staff was mixed. but mostly very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was large with decent options. The hotel did not fit in and was dated and out of place, in need of a full rehab.

We stayed there for a short visit to Zageb; the hotel was very nice, quiet, and conveniently located. The breakfast buffet was superb. The parking lot was hard to find with our car GPS, but we figured it out with help from the staff.

Excellent location in the heart of Zagreb. Rooms were slightly dated but cannot fault the excellent staff and how convenient the hotel was for all the sights of the city.

Excellent location
Excellent location, on the main square. Pleasant and helpful staff especially the ladies at the front desk/ reception. Room was comfortable however the bathroom is a bit dated. It would be nice to modernize the decor in the bathroom.

Worn out Hotel Dubrovnik
We booked this 4-star hotel which had excellent reviews and was very well located. We did appreciate the location which is in the centre of the shopping and restaurant area. Unfortunately, our hotel room seemed worn out. The bed frames were quite damaged, the walls had many scuffs, and the towel warmer was not working. Additionally, the bathroom had no available electrical outlets. The open atrium is attractive, but we found it to be noisy at night. The breakfast that was included was great. I would rate this hotel as a 3-star and one that requires updating.
