This hotel was beautiful! Perfect location, convenient walking distance to all the sites and restaurants. Hotel staff was pleasant and always helpful. They helped us get all our transfers to and from the airport arranged, which was a huge help. Loved our stay.

This property was a true gem. I loved its location near the Rialto bridge. Everything was walkable within 15 minutes. The view was beautiful and the room was very comfortable and well-appointed. I was there with my two teenagers and we loved it. The room was spacious and big enough for a king bed and a pull out queen. Still plenty of room to get around. The service was amazing. The concierge was helpful and the service to the room was on point. Breakfat was delightful. I am so glad I found this property. I would return again with my family or for a romantic stay. The rootoop bar is lovely too!

We were very surprised to learn that the walk way to the entrance of the hotel floods eat morning for a couple hours. After leaving for breakfast we returned to discover that we had to walk through water ankle deep to enter the hotel. When we entered the hotel we expressed our frustration for this and were told there is a side entrance that we could have used. Unfortunately the hotel staff is not aware you can only exit through the side door because it is locked from the outside.

The hotel is fantastic, location, ambience. Staff is very professional, knowledgable, helpful. Victor helped us a lot, very professional, friendly. Terrace on the 3 floor has fantastic view on canal. I highly recommend the hotel.

the property was great although Expedia advertised we had a King sized bed with the upgrade to a Deluxe room , paid the upgrade fee and upon arrival the bed was a Queen or Full. was disappointed for i am a large frame guy and my wife and i do not sleep well on a Queen or Full size bed.

Beautiful water front boutique hotel overlooking the grand Canal and a stone throw to the iconic Rialto bridge.All the staff were excellent. Victor at reception was sensational with all of his recommendations of places to dine and things to do. Fantastic roof top bar with sensational views and the bar personnel were very entertaining!!!

A delightful stay. We were so lucky to get a room with a balcony so we could overlook the grand canal. What a treat! Great hotel with superb location. Rooftop bar was fabulous for a few sundowners! We’d definitely stay again.
