This is a gorgeous place to stay. Very nice rooms, great staff and little extras like mini self serve coffee bar with snacks

Property was fine for one or two nights due to convenience of location however the bedding was uncomfortable and the bathrooms had hair in the drain on arrival. The kitchen wasn't the cleanest either. That said the receptionists at the hotel were ever so lovely and offered to help where they could, particularly recommending restaurants and holding luggage were great appreciated.

Property was in a great location close to everything. However the room was a little out dated and the air conditioning made an awful noise and did not work properly. The staff was great but was not able to fix the air conditioner before we left.

The hotel was dated. It was not what we expected at all based on the description in hotels. We were supposed to stay a second night in a “better” apartment for double the price but this was equally unacceptable. Instead of staying we left Venice a day early.

Really amazing location (proximity to travel areas) with amazing service. The staff truly go beyond expectations. Only thing is if you are staying in the apartments, there is some beware of pickpockets signs and it’s down an alley which feels a little off at night.
