We really enjoyed staying here, the room was large, the AC worked well, plenty of hot water and good water pressure in shower. Elena at the front desk was very helpful and very kind.

Spend one night and I must say the staff was exceptional attentive to our needs. The gentleman at the front desk helped to carry our luggage to the water taxi. we encountered some problem there and without his help, we would have had problem finding the next water taxi port. Im so sorry I didn't write his name down. But thank you very much . I

Amazing staff. Spacious room. Great air conditioner, especially that outside was 31*C at night. Good shower and decent breakfast. Location was amazing pretty much center of Venice and access to not tourist trap restaurants/ bars.

Great place to stay in Venice, friendly staff that gave us advice on where to eat and where to go to avoid high tourist areas. The rooms had everything we needed and best part there is an elevator to help bring up your luggage.
