This hotel was centrally located and easy to get to from the train station and airport. The staff was extremely helpful in recommending places to eat and how to get around on the water bus.

Although off the beaten path our hotel was a quiet escape from the noise and activity of city center. 32 steps and no AC but shower was lovely snd room was spacious with a sitting area outside our room. Did not eat here and only 2 nites. But a lovely hotel snd helpful staff

Clean and quiet stay in Venice
We throughly enjoyed our stay! The room was very clean and the front desk was friendly. The location was great as it was close to the attractions but in a quiet/safe area. The one con was having to walk from the bus station as the taxi was expensive, but I think that would be anywhere in Venice

Really loved this quaint boutique hotel. The air conditioning was perfect (this coming from an Arizonan), water pressure/temp was great. Check in and check out was very easy and they offered to hold our bags for the time between check out and catching our train. This was such a perfect area in Venice, it felt very safe compared to some of the other neighborhoods and was just close enough to the hustle and bustle of St. Mark’s Square. The mattresses were stiff which felt very nice after a long flight. Would absolutely choose this hotel again!

It is called a boutique hotel, and I guess that means small and quiet, with the feeling of being in an old house. The bed was comfy, room small, but nicely arranged. Not a place for a rainy day, but in a good spot in southern Venice, near the ferry, Guggenheim, and with nice restaurants. Not as crowded, but still plenty of people about.
