It is located 350m from the 'Ca d'Oro' vaporetto stop which conveniently connects Piazzale Roma and Santa Lucia train station, and 200 metres from the Fondamenta Nove stop from where you can reach Marco Polo Airport in 25 minutes with the Alilaguna vaporetto line, and from where you can easily reach the islands of Murano, Burano, Sant'Erasmo and Lido. The apartment is also a convenient starting point for visiting the city of Venice on foot as the main attractions in St. Mark's Square and the Rialto area are reachable in about 10-20 minutes on foot. The nearest supermarket is just 20 metres away.

I love how this property takes tjme to make sure the tenants Are gonna have a wonddrful stay. Samuele whom checked us in was a gem! He was very courteous. We love our stay here! Will definitely book again when my whole family comes back.
