Hope you don't have to alter your travel dates
While the hotel and rooms were clean and their breakfast was good, the hotel staff was anything but helpful. On the day that I checked in, I told the man who checked me in that I had to leave one day early. He said, no problem, just make sure you come to the desk prior to 11am and they would refund 1 day. I went to the front desk on Sunday morning at 6:38 am. The younger gentlemen at the desk said that I was all checked out. When I asked for a receipt to show that I left a day early, he refused to provide a receipt. He said they couldn't issue a refund, that Hotels.com would have to do it. I have no proof that I left 1 day earlier than reserved, prior to their posted check out time. I was charged for a 4 night stay but only stayed for 3. I don't anticipate that anyone will address my concerns. The hotel staff made ZERO effort to resolve it. I will not use hotels.com to book in the future, nor will I stay at this hotel again on my next visit.

I have to decided to checkuot early. First night was not saying or was informed about the pool wasnt clean and not able to be use until I went inside with the kids and when My husband when to request for pool towel is when I was informed about it. Next day I was the guy at the front if the pool was ready to use He said give an hour for the chemicals. When my son call an hour later to be sure as the pool look the same he was told it wasnt ready. I understand tma storm just passed but I could be informed when I check in.The front desk guy was unwelcoming, they have to see you standing at the front for a while to decide to get up. The rooms, the gym and the hotel in general were clean. The breakfast lady was great. They dont know about the expedia silver rewards perks as I ask and He said thats with expedia.
