Employees were friendly and helpful. That is all this property has going for it. The building is in awful condition inside and out. We have spoken to 2 employees about this (3 separate conversations) and were unable to speak to a manager. Have requested a call back from the manager but no response in two days. They are going through a renovation -inside and out. Stucco/debris coming off the building -had to park away to avoid trouble with that. Two night stay. No hot water. None - just warm water. The sink was missing a part and sprayed water all over the counter. The couch was extremely raggedy - bad, bad shape, and it's the first thing you see when you walk in the door. TV/cable does not work. Again, very nice employees/front desk staff but otherwise, very disappointed in this Hampton. Bad experience.
