Extremely friendly staff
Every staff member we encountered was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and bed comfortable. Hotel is not on the water but in an excellent location to dowtown shopping and restaurants. Would definitely stay again. Only thing I would change, keep your nice coffee machine open 24 hours. Hours it is open are when most people don't drink caffeine and/or want to fill up with a sweet heavy drink. Otherwise, a great stay!

Thank you to the friendly staff especially to Hallie. Everyone was friendly and professional. Room was clean and quiet. Beds comfortable and clean. My only suggestion is to provide slippers. Food was awesome in Ruby, great servers and attentive.

We could hardly get enough sleep because of the noise all night long. The room doesn’t have enough space for sitting and relaxing. The room was dark and didn’t have enough natural light. We did not enjoy our stay in the hotel.

Wonderful place to sleep and super close to the Phillips brewing venue. Staff are great and friendly. I gave less than full stars as the room stated non smoking but I could smell that it had once been a smoking room or maybe the building just has an old smell. Property could use some upgrades. Overall it was good though.

Room & facilities were fine. Chose this hotel because it was near Chinatown & Old town. Chinatown and old town is not worth seeing. Saw several homeless in that area. Stay near the wharf area. That's the attractive and best tourist area.

Very pleased with our stay here with the kitchen suite room.Staff were friendly and very efficient. We received daily text messages checking in with us for any services needed. Any request was met promptly. Bar soap and extra cutlery were not initially in the room but when requested were delivered to the room quite promptly. Great location. We would stay again and highly recommended!

We had 2 rooms, one on the even numbers' side and one on the other side. Both were nice but the one on the odd size was very loud. We were on the 5th floor just above air conditioning units that buzzed the whole night. One of us did not get much sleep because of it.... Other than this issue, this is a nice hotel just outside the very busy tourist area, but close enough to everything that no car/taxi is needed to stroll around downtown. We will be back but we will be sure to request a room that looks over Johnson street!
