Booked this hotel specifically because we needed 3 beds as we are traveling with our two grown children. We booked and payed for the suite which has two queens and a pullout couch. Upon checking in the young lady Informed us our room type was not available and we should have booked directly through them. She told us we could look elsewhere all while on her cell phone. We did look but all other hotels were booked as we were in a smaller town. Could not believe the unprofessional behavior. We took the room and were trying to make it work. Went to room to use the restroom, the toilet was broke. Again the young lady was on her cell phone, she said goodbye to her “mom” on the cell phone and stated she could give us two rooms. Why was this not offered when our suite was given away? Walked into the room 136, the sitting chairs were both stained, stains on the carpet, material peeling off of the office chair. The pullout mattress had brown stains on it. Not impressed at all. Fitness room was closed the entire time we were there, pool needs room key AND you have to walk to front desk and wait for them to come down and unlock ANOTHER lock for you. Confused as to why all the locks and hassles just to get into pool. The gentleman we spoke to upon check out was very professional and apologetic about the room situation. Stating that Expedia sent incorrect information. Unfortunately we would highly NOT recommend this hotel and it definitely will not be one we stay at next time.
