From a rocky start to a great stay.

The location is close to area attractions, shops and dining if walkability is on your list. The water views are lovely and there's quick access right out the hotel front door to a pathway for wonderful walks around the harbour. Very clean and also friendly and helpful staff. We'll be back!

The staff was great, the room was as expected. Great location. Particularly, nice is the outdoor patio as a part of the restaurant. Great place for a drink and watching the harbor. The fitness center is minimal (but I'm a bit of a fitness junky and need something well equipped). The pool is indoor only but would be nice for an outdoor option but those are rare in the area.

The property itself was nice and cafe was very convenient in the morning. The Aura restaurant is ridiculously overpriced. They offer "sharable" plates for the cost of a full meal that is barely enough to feed one. You NEED to order 2-3 expensive meals to have enough food for 2. The food was good but, if you go there hungry, expect a hefty check

Amazing harbor views from balcony and common areas. Spacious room, huge bathroom, lovely Japanese-influenced design and decor. Very walkable to shops and restaurants as well as ferry, water taxi, seaplane, etc. Restaurant was extremely slow the night we ate there but they partially comped our meal. Breakfast place makes excellent croissants and good lattes. Friendly and professional staff. Pool needs a rehab and gym is small but adequate. Would definitely stay again.

We were there for a wedding and the venue room and patio with overlook of the water was very special. The food for the wedding was VERY god and in Auro restaurant was great for breakfast and we enjoyed happy hour as well. The staff was very welcoming and helpful with making some outside activity reservations. The walking paths were very convenient to get to downtown areas and the Fishermans wharf. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice area away from the bustle of town but close enough to easily walk to everything. Nice walk around the point as well. Room was lovely with a beautiful view. Staff was friendly and helpful.
