Terrible experience
Got there and noticed blood on the bed right away. The coffee pot was on so it was spilled on the table. Hair was on the floor as if no one has swept. I woke up at 3:00 am with a spider the size of a quarter on the pillow I was sleeping on. Definitely couldn’t sleep comfortably after that

never again,not for half price
the hotel was not good ,,the staff was friendly,,but I was gonna take my daughter but after I pulled up I knew it was not what I thought ..you can put all the lipstick on a pig ,but it still gonna be a pig ..I was thinking how to get my money back,I almost grabbed my thing I brought and left and went somewhere else,,but I was so tired I went to sleep un impressed and not happy

I always like to write nice reviews but this hotel was not a good choice and not necessarily the hotel but the experience with the other guests, first the room they gave us horrible smell and the they gave us another room, that one loud and they were smoking very smelly, I wanted to protect my toddler. We just cover the bottom of the doors and left at 6:30 am I'm glad it was just a few hours, just to sleep and leave.

The staff was really nice, but for some reason they kept trying to get into my room. Housekeeping knocked on my room day 3 and didn’t leave towels, then came back later when me and my kids were sleep just to tell me they were bringing towels later and waaaaaaay after housekeeping they brought the towels when no one was in the room. Very very creepy and suspicious. Then they KEPT the $100 deposit. I hope the deposit was worth losing the $500 my family spends on hotels to every year to Victoria to get that deposit.
