We had temperature issues during our entire stay. It was very cold for the first couple of hours and the thermostat was not catching up when we turned up the heat. In the middle of the night it got so hot my husband said it hit 85 degrees. We mentioned it the following morning at check-out and the lady at the desk said she would send an engineer up to look at it. We had really enjoyed our stay there in the past and were disappointed by it this time. Beautiful hotel and great room service though!

I stayed in room 1015 and the bathroom shower is ripped from inside. There is a lot of black hair in the wall as well. The phone wasnt working and minibar fridge was locked. The hotel is very udated like last time they had any updates 30 years ago or even longer. I understand its old but its not plesant and feels dirty. The window to the tight had a gap shouft and cold was coming in from inside. I think its missing a window seal. No parking and its hard to find a parking on the street. Not happy with my stay
