Hotel was convenient to subway, shops, restaurants. A nice area. Hotel very clean. Did have an issue with the bathroom door- it was not on the track and had to keep it partially open so as not to get stuck in bathroom . A fellow traveler had a leak in her room and hotel just put in a bucket to catch the drips. They finally changed her room at her insistence.

A nice hotel, friendly staff and very handy for the U4 train service. Some nice shops and restaurants nearby. The problem at the moment is that major building work is going on at the train station. Spoils the area just now

Very good location with easy to use transport
We arrived early at the hotel as we had a very early flight to Vienna. We were extremely grateful that the staff were able to allocate a room for us. This made us so much easier for us to start our holiday straight away. We were on the 8th floor and not overlooking the construction work. Therefore it was very quiet for us. The location is very good as it's next to the underground which we found very easy to use. I would definitely recommend this hotel for the location and the cleanliness

Everything was fine except for the air conditioning. The fan was so so loud and would have a frequent bang that happens every few minutes. Really hard to get a good night’s sleep as a result. The staff were friendly and the location is great for those using public transport.

We like that has nice facilities, but it was a construction just outside the door, so it was inconvenient to find the main entrance.

Lovely hotel in the 5th district close to a metro station and supermarket. So even while being located a bit outside the city centre it took no time to get there - by foot or metro. Super friendly staff, a clean hotel and comfortable beds - only thing was that the aircondition didn’t work. The staff tried to fix it but it didn’t seem to work properly - no real cold air was coming out during the hot summer days. But the rest was amazing. Would stay there again.
