I saw a cockroach in the dining area during breakfast. I alerted the front desk. The woman said she would send someone over to address it. I never saw anyone and I didn’t feel the urgency this situation required. That experience ruined my time at the hotel. I also mentioned the roach to staff when I checked out. I wasn’t offered an apology or a refund for the poor experience. I was unable to relax because I was afraid I’d see another roach. I would have to say this hotel is below average because no one expects to see a roach at a hotel.

Excellent stay. Clean and comfortable . Excellent staff at front desk. Rest of staff very friendly. Hotel conveniently located for our needs. Would definitely recommend this hotel for a great stay.

Hotel was very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. Only complaints were 1. There was only one remote for two TVs and when they brought a second remote it didn't work. 2. Only brought enough towels for two guests when we were three, but housekeeping brought more as soon as we called 3. The bed was uncomfortable BUT that's up to the individual guest. I like a firm bed so this one was way too soft for me. Positives... 1. Friendly staff and clean property 2. We got free drink tickets for each night we were there. 3. They have a bar right in the atrium that served Happy Hour from 5:30-7 and that's when you can use your drink tickets. 4. Buffet breakfast was delicious and a lot of options 5. Room was very spacious and clean. We reserved the King suite that had two rooms, a bedroom and living room with a pull out couch (which was as comfy as a pull out couch could be). Bathroom was spacious and clean. All in all it was a very comfortable stay and would definitely use them again.

I arrived late from work, so I got a pretty beat up room. Furniture was pretty scratched up, questionable stains on the couch and the walls in the bathroom had something on them. Bed was clean and room was in order otherwise
