I was charged $45 for parking even though we stayed 2 nights (supposedly $15 per night). There is a coffee maker in the room with pods - but NO REGULAR COFFEE! Yes, there was herbal tea and 1 pod of decaf. Small problems, but I doubt I would stay again.

A representative with a very bad attitude
I am sorry to give 1 star for the service part. The representative on the day when I checked in (Oct 10) was great. She was kind. But the representative who was at the desk at 8am on 19th when I checked out, she was not kind at all and had no good manner as a hotelier/concierge. My colleague asked her to hold the room key for his colleague, she refused with a bad attitude. So he had to hide the room key outside the hotel. She was rude overall. If she is not happy to work there, she should find another job. I won't return to Hilton Garden Inn Tysons because of her.

Solid one night stay
This was my first at the hotel. The room was huge and clean. The hotel also has a restaurant near the lobby. I had breakfast there and the food was great. Overall, it was a great one night stay.

Customer service is an area of improvement. My daughter nedded to call me urgently and when she asked the receptionist to give me a message, the recepcionist laughed at her and hang up the phone. Would not recommend this hotel.as this type of service is unacceptable.

Elevators were terribly noisy. Heater in room was VERY noisy. Did not get maid service one day. Replenishment of towels was erratic. On the plus side, the best was comfortable.
